Zikhron Yaakov Dreams neighborhood was built by Amirey Gan company together with Shikun&Binui. The neighborhood has 800 residential units, built in a rural terraced structure. The residential area includes townhouses, three-family houses, lofts, duplexes, garden apartments as well as spacious 4-5 room apartments. A large 30 acre park is located in the center of the neighborhood, for the use of the residents. Additionally, community centers, a local commercial center, a sports center, a unique skate part and a synagogue were planned and built as well. All of the above are meant to provide the residents with an entire array of possibilities for leisure and basic needs.
